Update on Living libations Zippity Dew Dab and Dew Dab!ʕ→ᴥ•ʔ

So I know I haven't updated on have the Living Libations products that have worked for me!

The Zippity Dew Dab has done wonders! I break out a-lot and nothing seems to stop it from happening. Zippity Dew Dab helps the red-ness I experience go down A-LOT. It has also helped with using less chemicals and harsh products on my face to help rid myself of acne. Living libations is a natural alternative to using products with things like Benzoyl Peroxide in them, which helps reduce acne but leaves your skin dried out, flaking and begging for moisture.

Last but not least the Dew Dab. Dew Dab has been my go to for anti aging. I've been using it on my nasolabial fold (Laugh lines) and forehead. I haven't seen much of a difference in fine lines but it does help hydrate a bit in those areas and I do feel a tingly sensation sometimes when I apply it on those areas so maybe in time. To add on, I don't have very prominent lines in my forehead and my laugh lines aren't bad either, I'd like to keep the skin plump and prevent the lines from getting any worse in my nasolabial folds and keep my forehead line free as long as I can.

Now if you have really bad acne and DO need to use Benzoyl Peroxide or any other harsh ingredient, I recommend Dr.Lin skin care Acne Spot Corrector. My amazing friend Amber sent me a goodie bag of samples for Christmas and this was in it! When the Zippity dew dab just isn't enough for huge pimples that are about to explode all over my face, I apply this at night and it does help it go down. I make sure to moisturize well after using this product I use Living Libations SeabuckthornSeabuckthorn is AMAZING I highly recommend using it. It has so many uses you will NOT be disappointed. You can cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize with it.

I hope this review was helpful in some shape or form.
(This was the moon one night and I thought it looked neato.  I need a good camera uguu)
As always good vibes! Until next time.ヽ(•̀ω•́ )ゝ✧

My Scheming Blackhead Removal Activated Carbon mask Set Review! (・ε・`)

Welcome back lovelies! Back to talk about the Blackhead Removal Activated Carbon Mask Set.

My best friend Amber sent this to me for Christmas, and we had a lil mask party using this and the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask that I also reviewed.

This is said to pull out the dirt from your pores and well... IT DOES! This stuff is pretty insane and fun to use!

This is a three step process to remove stubborn black heads! Now you have to do the steps in order which they are numbered since the packaging and instructions are in another language.

Step One is the Deep pore sebum softener this is used to penetrate your pores deeply and to quickly dissolve accumulated oil and dirt.

Step Two is the Activated carbon mask which is said to have active bamboo charcoal that will help provide superior absorption and helps control oil to give your skin a "translucent, glossy finish".

Step Three is the Skin clarifying pore treatment essence, it's said to moisturize and minimize pores.

Remember to put a thick layer of the activated carbon on so you have a nice layer to pull off with. The first time I tried this product I didn't put enough of the activated carbon on so I couldn't get a good grip to pull off the mask. Even with that said It pulled out some nasty gunk from my face! I had no clue my face had all of that mess in it. Out of sight out of mind I guess he-he.

You'll definitely SEE results if you use this properly. This is good for people who have really bad black heads that are stubborn to get rid of any other way. I highly recommend this if you struggle with bad black heads.

Remember there are always alternatives if you can't afford this or don't want chemical laced products!

Here's a quick alternative! You can also search up different methods if you like.

(Alternative and Natural)
Egg white mask.
Directions:
1) Separate the yolk from the egg and place the whites in a bowl. (You can save the yolks if you wish)

2) Whip your egg white slightly and apply the egg white to your blackheads. (Avoid your eyes and mouth)

3)  Take some TP (Toilet paper or you can use Tissue as well) Place it gently over your the areas you applied the egg white to.

4) Now apply another layer of egg white over the tissue and leave it on to dry.

5) Wait for 30 minutes.

6) When completely dry, gently peel-off the in an upward direction from the face.

7) Rinse off your face with a warm wash cloth and enjoy!

I hope this review was helpful in some way to you!
Until next time, good vibes, be kind <3.

Ellzavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask Review!~ (✿ヘᴥヘ)

Hello again! I'm back with a review on the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask everyone has been talking about.

This product is a great mask to do with a friend/friends. It's hilarious how it puffs up and makes you look like the Michelin man!
The product alone isn't the best for your skin. It made my skin feel irritated...and almost burned a little after using it with my friend Amber. It may be because I have sensitive skin, none the less it was fun and made us both laugh and have a great time.

Do I recommend this? Yes, if you want to have fun and try something new it's a great product to have at a party maybe a sleep over! It'll bring lots of laughs and who doesn't love that.

Do I recommend this as a good mask? No, It doesn't seem to do much for my skin other than irritate it. If you have sensitive skin steer clear or just use once in a blue moon to get a good laugh at how hilarious you look with it on!

Now just because It wasn't the best for me doesn't mean It won't work great for you! Only you know what is best for your skin, and a lot of people have had some nice results using this mask. You can check out some of the reviews Here ☚!

This is a shorter review because there's not much to the product or what it's used for.

I hope you guys enjoyed this and found it helpful.
Until next time and as always good vibes!

Why you shouldn't buy from Tommie Copper! (ʘдʘ╬)

So this is going to be a review,  not just on the products of Tommie copper but the customer service as well.

So getting into fitness comes with more than just a better you. It comes with injury as well. I hurt my knee and looked into compression sleeves to help recover and help me as I continue with my fitness journey.

Not knowing a thing I looked around and didn't want to spend 90 dollars on professional grade ones when I'm not lifting huge amounts of weight yet and was mainly looking for one to help my knee recover from where I had pulled a muscle.

My search led me to Tommie Copper a company I heard about from infomercials years ago and decided to pay a visit to. It's a great looking site, amazing PR for the products. They look great, they SEEM great. But of course, aren't great. I picked out the Countoured knee slevee and thought it was going to be good for what I needed, Contoured compression at the knee!

I waited and finally it arrived at my door. I rushed and tried it on to see that, it was not contoured, it was loose in my calves by two inches. The fit guide tells you to go FIVE inches up from your knee; which is exactly what I did. Now it fit in the thigh, just not in the knee and calves where I needed the compression. So sadly, I had to look to return it or exchange it since It did not fit.

Now this is where Tommie copper gets messy. So I went to the site to see they have live chat. Which is amazing to have on any site when you order online frequently like I do. I hit the button and I'm connected to a employee who should be out to help me with my questions on refunding or exchanging. I explain the situation to her and right off the bat, she is argumentative and plain disrespectful.

I just wanted to know if there was another sleeve in their line that would be a good fit for me, she said no because it would be too small in the thigh. Seeing as the sleeve I ordered had almost two inches of space to spare in my knee/calves and claimed it was contoured to fit properly in the KNEE, I don't think the products are for me regardless of the experiences I had. But when you run a business you should have employees who conduct themselves with respect for the company and said customers who MAKE that company grow.

Being a consumer (sadly) it pains me when companies disrespect the very foundation it needs, CONSUMERS. To all the employees out there who have to work in retail or customer service, I feel your pain it can't be fun having to deal with disgruntled or rude people most of the day. Don't let that make you into a rude person. Shine bright like a ray of sunshine, don't let anyone make you into a bad person; you can over come that negativity.

So tread lightly if you are looking at any Tommie Copper products and always be kind. Even though I had some VERY bad experiences through this company, It won't make me be rude or disrespectful to anyone else I have to communicate with to solve an issue or just simply communicating in general.

So if you are on the hunt for compression Knee sleeve I HIGHLY recommend these two. The SBD and STrong Sleeves. These are the two most used knee sleeves. I've seen almost every power lifter with. They are pricey but you get what you pay for it seems!

So as always, good vibes! Be kind to one another. See you next time~.

New year, new gains! ༼ノຈل͜ຈ༽ノ︵┻━┻

So 2015 has come and gone relatively quick. It's now 2016 (If you didn't know hehe) and It's time to make those gains!

I've recently become pretty intrigued with power-lifting. Now I won't be doing any competitions or anything like that. But I definitely like to pick things up and put them back down so to speak. So I've invested/found a few things on my journey to pick up heavier things and put them back down.

One of the best things you can do is research. Figure out why you are doing an exercise, what it works, why it works that muscle group, and always look into RECOVERY. Stretching will also improve your mobility helping you get into what ever exercise you choose to do and perform it better.

Always remember you don't have to spend tons of money. Most of the equipment I use was found cheaply at garage sales. Craigslist can be your best friend as well, make sure to be safe and meet in an open area with people around with anyone you deal with online for safety reasons. Most people buy tons of gear they don't end up using and want to free up the extra space by selling it to anyone who will take it off their hands.

Make sure you are not over doing yourself and start small! Lifting 3 pounds is nothing to be ashamed about, everyone starts somewhere. Eventually you will build up your strength and be as strong as you built yourself to be. Let the journey humble you, it has definitely humbled me.

Stumbling upon his you-tube channel changed my life, and I'm not exaggerating(Maybe just a lil bit hehe). Alan Thrall owns a Strongman gym in California. He has amazing advice, tips and videos to help you TRAIN UNTAMED! If you are into fitness you will probably love his video style and advice. From watching his videos I have improved my squat form, the way I dead lift, and most importantly the way I view training and recovery.

Heidi Somers

The next channel I'm going to show you guys is a Heidi Somers. She's an adorable woman who knows a lot about fitness. You can find vlogs workouts for the gym and home on her channel. She's really intelligent and explains what different the supplements are and why she takes them. When she does an exercise she explains what it works and why she does it! She's an amazing woman and you can learn a lot from her videos.

Jen Heward

Last but not least is Jen Heward! I love her channel she seems so down to earth and just like Heidi knows her stuff. She also does vlogs, gym workouts, and home workouts. She explains her supplements why she uses them, when to take a break from them, and the importance of a macros(Flexible dieting) to fit your life style. So you get a great variety on both of these lovely ladies channels! I recommend watching both of them, they are equally hilarious and down to earth.

Make sure to remember you want to enjoy what you're doing; if you don't, try to change it up to fit who you are and what you love.

So I hope you guys enjoyed this lil post.

Untill next time, Good vibes!
